Send mail to hello@testedcompanions.com. We read it. Response time is human, not a SLA. If you are sending a correction, put the page URL in the subject so it does not look like a brand-support ticket we will ignore.
We do not publish a phone number. We will not add one. Adult-review inboxes already attract the wrong kind of call.
Corrections
Prices move. Help-center sentences rot. If we printed $13.99 and checkout now says something else, tell us. A useful correction includes:
- The URL on testedcompanions.com, candyai.guide, or luckycrushreview.com.
- The number or sentence you think is wrong.
- A date. A screenshot of checkout or the help article, with the date visible, beats a vibes email.
- Geo, if the price is clearly localised (GBP vs USD packs on LuckyCrush, for example).
We will patch dated snapshots rather than pretend the old figure was eternal. Credit is optional; accuracy is not.
We do not provide product support
We cannot reset a password, issue a refund, cancel a renewal, unlock a blurred image, or explain why a WebRTC cam failed on your office Wi-Fi. We do not have access to those account systems. Writing us about them wastes both clocks.

Same inbox. If you are a vendor with a factual dispute, send the primary source, not a PR paragraph. Legal notices about this site also go to that address. We are not the right defendant for a complaint about candy.ai’s output.
Do not send sexual images of anyone, including generated stills you want “reviewed.” We do not need attachments to correct a price.
